New Holland T6050 model’s review

The New Holland company introduced its first petrol engine tractor long ago in 1903. Since that time, it has followed the path of innovation. Thus, in 2014, the first commercial methanol tractor T7 Methane Power came from this company’s conveyor. 

The scope of use of New Holland T6050

Crop production
1. Plowing, harrowing, and cultivating. The T6050 model has enough power and traction to effectively till the soil.
2. Sowing, The tractor can be equipped with various seeders, both standard and pneumatic.
3. Crop care. T6050 can be used for inter-row cultivation of crops, application of fertilizers, and plant-protection products application.
4. Harvesting. The tractor works with various harvesters, as well as balers and other types of agricultural equipment.

Livestock
1. Feed Distribution. The T6050 can be used to distribute feed to animals.

2. Manure removal. The tractor can be used to remove manure from livestock farms.

The description of the main modifications 

The New Holland T6050 product line provides only two tractor modifications. Let’s define the main differences between New Holland T6050 Delta andT6050 Elite:

Transmission:

T6050 Delta is equipped with 12×12 Synchro Command™ with mechanical gear shifting under load.

T6050 Elite has a 12×12 Electro Command™transmission with electro-hydraulic power shift.

Drive system:

The T6050 Delta has a Dana M-FWD front axle with a mechanical differential lock.

The T6050 Elite has a Dana M-FWD front axle with an electro-hydraulic differential lock.

Hydraulic system:

The T6050 Delta has a pump capacity of 113 l/min and 3 mechanically controlled hydraulic valves.

T6050 Elite has the same pump performance, but 3 hydraulic valves are electro-hydraulic controlled.

Cabin:

The T6050 Delta has a base cab with mechanical suspension.

The T6050 Elite has a sprung cab with air suspension.

Additionally, for T6050 Elite:

     • automatic air conditioning;

     • automatic driving system, which consists of a GPS receiver, steering controller, slope sensor and control terminal, with the help of this system the tractor moves across the field without a driver;

     • telemetry system.

The Average Market Cost

The New Holland T6050 tractors are represented on the Agronetto website in their various modifications. Sellers offer models that were manufactured from 2010 to 2023. An average pricing fork starts from $46,000 up to $70,000 depending on the tractor’s condition and its additional options.
